Disney Cars Cakes

For my son, Xavier's second birthday I made him a Disney Cars cake! It was very fun to make, not to mention it tasted GREAT! :)

This cake was for the son of the lady I sit for. This cake was for his second birthday as well!

Mario Birthday Invitation

My friend, Jessica, asked me to design her son's sixth birthday invitations in the theme of Mario! Here is the finished product! (phone number has been erased for privacy purposes)

VanWest Photography Logos/Watermarks

A friend of mine has started a photography business and asked me to make her company logos as well as watermarks.

Did Someone Say Cake?

The Mom I sit for asked me to make her daughter's 6th birthday cake! Please note that I am in no way a professional and I have never taken a single cake decorating class in my life, so the cake is not perfect, it does have imperfections. The family loved it regardless!

Silhouettes

I have never done silhouettes before but always have wanted to! So, I figured I would give it a shot for a Christmas gift, I must say they turned out amazing! They are of the two children is sit for during the week....this will be their Mom's Christmas gift.

Wall Decorations

There is this one wall in our master bedroom that has remained empty for the entire two years that we have lived here and since I found out that we will have to remain living here for at least another year I decided to decorate the wall! I got tired of looking at the emptiness.

Here are the before pictures. I bought ALL of this stuff at Michaels for $9.04! Not too bad, right!

I of course had to decorate it and make it look all amazing! Here are the after pictures!

And here it all is on our wall!

Trick or Treat Bag

A friend of mine posted a link that had some homemade trick or treat bags on them, along with printable templates. I loved this site so much, it's one of my favorites!

I printed the template and made this bag. I spent a total of $2.00 on it, not too shabby and it's reusable, which of course is a bonus. I did however use the eyes that move instead of felt! :)

A Quick Craft

So, I have a million and one (okay, maybe not that many) vases, so the other day I decided to etch one of them...nothing else to do that day. So...after etching it, I was running through different ideas. I hit up the store and got some pretties to put in the vase and the vase now has a permanent home! :) I am happy with it!

Product Review of Glade Tough Odor Solutions Fabric & Air Spray

Well, I've decided that once a week I'd do product reviews of items that I like and find useful.

Last night I purchased Glade; Tough Odor Solutions Fabric & Air Spray. I have three animals in my house all the time so you can imagine the animal smell that my home has. lol For a while now I've been using Febreze...while it does have a nice refreshing scent, I've found that the scent doesn't stay long and I will go through a $4.97 bottle rather quickly....too quickly.

So, while at the store, I found this New Glade product and I must say that I ♥ it! The scent is wonderful and it actually sticks around for a bit! I sprayed it this morning and when I walked into my house this afternoon the smell was delightfully there!

Who Loves the Niners?!

The Dad of the kids I watch is a HUGE fan of the Niners, so for Christmas I etched these mugs for him!

I hope he likes them!
